All of the twill or herringbone tapes listed below can be produced in any width within our overall size range of 8mm to 100mm. We offer three main yarn types: textured polyester, cotton and spun polyester. Colours can be selected from our standard range or we can arrange to dye to match any colour either from a fabric swatch or to a Pantone shade..

M522 100% cotton mediumweight herringbone width range 8mm - 100mm
 


M522 is a 100% cotton twill or herringbone tape manufactured to order from U.K. dyed cotton yarn, dyes used are certified fully compliant to all EC regulations and a high level of colourfastness is guaranteed. After weaving the tape is normally washed and preshrunk if the product is to be used on garments. We also offer tapes made from organic cotton and from Free-trade cotton.

We can manufacture any colour and any width on a dye to match basis. The minimum order quantity for make to order requests is 25kg weight, about 6000 metres at 10mm and proportionally less for wider widths. On occasions we will have stock of various yarn shades in stock so lead times will be correspondingly shorter

Lead time for special dyes approx 3-4 weeks.

 
M1311 100% spun polyester mediumweight herringbone width range 8mm - 100mm
 


M1311 is a twill or herringbone tape manufactured from U.K. dyed spun polyester yarn. Spun polyester has a soft feel and appearance similar to cotton. Spun polyester has the benifit of being able to be heat cut and sealed and is more stable than cotton to shrinkage in washing.

We can manufacture any colour and any width on a dye to match basis. The minimum order quantity for make to order requests is 25kg weight, about 6000 metres at 10mm and proportionally less for wider widths.

Lead time for special dyes approx 3-4 weeks.

M880 is a lightweight twill or herringbone tape manufactured from textured polyester yarn.

We can manufacture any colour and any width on a dye to match basis. As we also carry in stock around 60 standard colours of yarns, on this basis orders can be manufactured and supplied normally within two weeks.

M1498 is a quality twill or herringbone tape manufactured from textured polyester yarn, used often as a edge binding tape and on widow blinds..

We can manufacture any colour and any width on a dye to match basis. As we also carry in stock around 60 standard colours of yarns, on this basis orders can be manufactured and supplied normally within two weeks.

 

  
M775 100% cotton medium weight herringbone width range 8mm - 100mm
 


M775 is a heavier weight cotton twill or herringbone tape manufactured from pre dyed cotton yarn of UK origin. After weaving the tape is washed and preshrunk. It can be used as a placket tape on rugby shirts and can be buttonholed

We can manufacture any colour and any width on a dye to match basis. The minimum order quantity for make to order requests is 25kg weight, about 6000 metres at 10mm and proportionally less for wider widths. Basic cotton shades are usually available from stock, shortening the lead time.
