Our basic library of cords and braids extends to some 500 styles, each of these can be varied to suit customer requirements by colour selection, type of yarn and the braid or cord can be converted into shoe laces in lengths from 30cm to 260cm in length.
Although most base styles are in designed in polyester, we also supply shoe laces manufactured in nylon, polypropylene, cotton, kevlar, along with fire retardant and metallic yarns. We have a wide range of standard colours to cover most requirements, yarns can also be dyed to match customer samples.
Most of our production is "made to order" since our minimum quantity is typically only around 500 metres (approx 250 pairs of shoelaces at 100cm). We consider our prices even on minimum order lots to be competitive.
Since we carry extensive stocks of pre-dyed yarn, our lead time to produce an order for shoelaces is usually around 1-2 weeks. We can also handle "panic" orders and turn round urgent items within a day or so.
