Returns policy: We realise that buying bootlaces on line is not as easy as buying in a shop. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you should notify us by email us and then post the shoelaces back to us, on reciept of your returned laces, your payment will be refunded less a 75 pence handling charge.
