Returns policy: We realise that buying bootlaces on line is not the same as buying in a shop, and that at times a customer may not get quite what they visualised. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you should notify us by email us and then post the shoelaces back to us, on reciept of your returned laces, your payment will be refunded less a 75 pence handling charge.
